SEDUFEST, sedufest.com adresinde tarayıcıda oynanan ücretsiz bir konser ve festival işletmeciliği simülasyonudur. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; erken erişim aşamasındadır ve sürümden sürüme oyun dengesi, içerik ve özellikler değişebilir.
Şunlar yasaktır: Hizmete yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya veya işleyişini bozmaya çalışmak; hile, bot, otomasyon veya veri toplama araçları kullanmak; sunucuya kasıtlı olarak aşırı yük bindirmek; başka oyuncuların hesaplarına erişmeye çalışmak. Kurallar ihlal edilirse hesap önceden bildirimle, ağır ihlallerde ise bildirimsiz kapatılabilir.
Oyunun yazılımı, görselleri, adı ve tasarımı işletmeciye aittir. Oyun içinde geçen gerçek marka ve sanatçı adları yalnızca kurgusal bir simülasyon bağlamında anılır; ilgili hak sahipleriyle herhangi bir bağlantı, sponsorluk veya onay ilişkisi yoktur. Hak sahipleri adlarının oyundan kaldırılmasını info@sedufest.com adresinden talep edebilir; talepler ivedilikle yerine getirilir.
Oyun ilerlemeniz hem buluta hem tarayıcınıza kaydedilir. Kayıtlarınızın korunması için gereken özen gösterilir; yine de veri kaybı yaşanmayacağı garanti edilemez. Hizmet ücretsiz sunulduğundan, ilerleme kaybı, kesinti veya veri kaybından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan işletmeci sorumlu tutulamaz. Kişisel verileriniz için Gizlilik ve KVKK metni geçerlidir.
İşletmeci; Hizmeti, oyun kurallarını ve bu koşulları değiştirebilir, Hizmeti askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabilir. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada, gerektiğinde ayrıca oyun içinde duyurulur. Hesabınızın silinmesini dilediğiniz zaman talep edebilirsiniz.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Çağlayan) mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

SEDUFEST is a free, browser-based concert and festival promoter simulation served at sedufest.com. The Service is provided "as is", is early-access in nature, and its balance, content and features may change between versions.
The following are prohibited: attempts to gain unauthorised access to or disrupt the Service; cheats, bots, automation or scraping; abnormal load on server endpoints; attempts to access other players' accounts. Violations may lead to account closure — with notice, or without notice for severe violations.
The game's software, art, name and design belong to the operator. Real brand and artist names appearing in the game are referenced solely in a fictional simulation context; no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied. Rights holders may request removal of their name via info@sedufest.com; requests are honoured promptly.
Progress is saved to the cloud and to your browser. While reasonable care is taken, loss-free operation is not guaranteed; as the Service is free of charge, the operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from lost progress, downtime or data loss. For personal data, the Privacy & PDPL notice applies.
The operator may change the Service, its rules and these terms, and may suspend or discontinue the Service. Significant changes are announced on this page and, where appropriate, in-game. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction.
